Limitation of Liability
TTL, its instructors, and partners are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including financial losses, resulting from:

Any trading activity performed by the user based on TTL education.
Trading involves risk, including the potential loss of capital. Users participate entirely at their own discretion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial principles and the applicable laws of the user’s country of residence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or another mutually agreed arbitration body.
Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the decision rendered shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
